FUNCTION 01
General Search
This is the traditional search tool. Simply type in the country, city, or town where you’re looking for property, and the app will display all matching areas with available listings. Just like other property portals.
The difference? You can also search directly by agency, developer, or broker name.
FUNCTION 02
Property Capture
This is the static search tool. Wherever you are, select a distance (in miles or kilometres) around your current location, and the app will show all properties available for sale and rent within that radius.
Filter your results as you like, explore a list of agents in the same area, or get directions from your location directly to the property you’re interested in.
This feature is perfect if you’re out and about and want to learn more about a property you’re standing near.
FUNCTION 03
DriveBuy™ Mode
Our dynamic search tool and a personal favourite.
Exploring a city you love or driving your usual route to work? Just hit “Start” when you begin your journey, and the app will automatically collect all the properties you pass along the way.
When you’re done, press “Stop,” and the app will compile all discovered properties into a handy list for you to review at your convenience.
Your routes are saved in a custom route planner, allowing you to save, receive notifications about, or share them with family and friends.
