Welcome to The Property DriveBuy™ – a Proptech Services technology. 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of The Property DriveBuy™ application (the “App”) and the website – www.propertydrivebuy.co.uk (the “Site”, and together with the App is hereafter referred to as the “Services”). 

These Terms constitute a fully binding agreement between you and Proptech Services Ltd. including its subsidiaries (the “Company” or “We”), the proprietor of all rights in and to the Services, and you. It is therefore recommended that you carefully read these Terms.

The Services is provided by Proptech Services Ltd. (Registration Number: 14013189, VAT Number: 424 5275 05), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the United Kingdom, and with registered office at Victoria House, 18 Dalston Gardens, Stanmore, Middlesex, England, HA7 1BU.

By using the Services, you signify your assent to the Property DriveBuy’s copyright policy (“Copyright”), which is an integral part of these Terms.

In addition, we also publish on our Site a Privacy Policy. Although it’s not part of these Terms, we encourage you to read it to better understand what information we collect about you when you are using the Services and how we use your information.

Key Highlights

The following portions of our Terms are highlighted for your convenience only. These highlights are not made in lieu of the full Terms, and their presence in this section does not mean that they are intended to supersede or override any other terms or conditions provided by Proptech Services Ltd.

Road information prevails. Any and all information provided within the Services (including, but not necessarily limited to, information provided by third-party integrations) is not intended to replace the information provided on the road, such as indicators guiding the direction and / or flow-of-traffic, time based restrictions, lane restrictions, road blockades, traffic signs, traffic lights, police instructions, etc.

Be cautious whilst driving. Always drive vigilantly. Be mindful of the road conditions and travel in accordance with those traffic laws in operation in your region. It is strictly forbidden to hold a mobile device in hand, to operate a mobile device, or to generally, non-verbally interact with the Services or use the Services in a non-verbal manner for any purpose other than navigating whilst driving. 

Route updates. Route updates, or non-verbal property reports submitted to you through the Services may only be reviewed once you have stopped your vehicle in a safe and appropriate location permitted by law. Alternatively, such updates may be reviewed by a passenger other than the driver, provided it does not interfere with the due course of driving and does not distract the driver’s attention to the road ahead.

Non-continuous updates. The information provided to users by the Services originates from other users and / or subscribers of the Services. Such information is intrinsically fluctuant and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Proptech Services Ltd. does not provide any warranties to such information’s credibility or reliability, including, but not necessarily limited to, a property’s availability to market or the exact location(s) of properties. 

Location-based Services. Some features of the Services make use of detailed location and route information, for example in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by your mobile device on which the Property DriveBuy application is installed and activated. These features cannot be provided without utilising these technologies. For further information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

User accounts. The Property DriveBuy™ allows you to use the Services whether or not you choose to register your username & personal contact details with the app. Should you choose to use the Services without setting up a User Account & providing us with your personal contact details you may do so at your absolute discretion, and by skipping the user registration page of the application when it appears.

Please note however, that in order to access certain features of the Services (for example Agent Chat, and Agent direct contact) you will need to register your username & provide us with your personal contact details.

Advertisements. Third-party advertisements may appear on the Services from time to time, or during certain periods. Proptech Services Ltd. does not endorse such advertisements, and the advertisements are not intended to be, nor should they be, viewed by users operating vehicles unless and until their vehicle has come to a complete stop.

Internet connection. An internet connection is required to use the Services, and any and all associated charges (e.g. mobile data expenses) incurred by a user’s use of the Services are their exclusive responsibility and made solely at their expense. 

Transmitting and receiving real-time updates to and from the Services, including geo-location updates, requires an online (e.g. Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, 5G) connection between your cellular device and the internet. The expenses of such connection are as prescribed by the agreement between a user and their preferred communication service provider (i.e mobile company), and according to the applicable terms for payment.

User privacy. Your privacy is important to us. The Privacy Policy explains our practices pertaining to the use of your personal information and we ask that you read such Privacy Policy carefully.

Safeguarding the privacy of others. The privacy of “others” refers to any person who holds the title of legal or beneficial owner of a property, or any person who is legally habiting a property under agreement, or by virtue of being the legal owner of said property. 

The Services is intended for use by users who are looking to purchase and / or to rent property, and are not to be used to breach, infringe or invade the Privacy and / or rights of others. This means that users must not use the Services in a way which:

  1. causes nuisance and / or disruption to the peaceful enjoyment of a dwelling by their legal or beneficial owners, or to any person who is legally habiting a property;  
  2. allows them to locate and / or access property for criminal means; or
  3. allows them exercise unethical behaviour towards any property and / or persons.

      Should Proptech Services Ltd. be notified or have a reasonable reason to believe that an account is being used in means a) through c) above, then the account will be deleted without further notice, and in the case of suspected criminal activity, the details of said account will be delivered to the relevant authorities. 

      Real estate professionals. Real estate professionals are to use the Services strictly within the scope of their intended use, and within the remit of those terms attached to their individuals Subscription Agreements with Proptech Services Ltd.

      Should Proptech Services Ltd. be notified or have a reasonable reason to believe that a real estate professional is using the Services contrary to their intended use, or in breach of those terms attached to their individuals Subscription Agreements, then their account will be deleted without further notice.

      Please see your Subscription Agreements for more information.

      Your age. The Services is intended for use by users who are of the legal age required to hold a driving licence and / or of the legal age required to contract. 

      In any case, to use our Services a user must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not download or use the Services. 

      Should Proptech Services Ltd. be notified or have a reasonable reason to believe that an account belongs to a user who is under the age of 18 years, the account will be deleted without further notice.

      The “Services”

      The Property DriveBuy is a property search and navigation app that allows non-travelling (static) users or users actively-travelling (by foot, by bicycle, by car, and / or other legal vehicle) to search for property, and to navigate to the location of a property (or properties).

      It also allows users to assemble, store, view and update property route maps, containing lists of properties they want to view and / or have historically seen. 

      And allows real estate professionals to assemble, update and push custom-made route maps for users to view, and  
      The Services are provided mainly through the app, and for real estate professional through our web portal accessible at: www.propertydrivebuy.co.uk/login.

      License

      Proptech Services Ltd. hereby grants users a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to use the Services (including the app) for non-commercial purposes, as subject to these Terms.

      Using the Services

      A user may use the Services solely for private and / or personal purposes. You may not use the Services commercially. 

      For example, you may not: 

      (i) offer to any third-party a service of your own that uses the Services; 

      (ii) resell the Services to any third-party; 

      (iii) offer to rent or lease the Services to any third party; or 

      (iv) offer the Services to the public via communication or integrate it within a service of your own, without the prior written consent of Proptech Services Ltd.

      For clarity, the examples listed above are provided for illustrative purposes only; and do not constitute an exhaustive list of restricted activities involving the Services.

      You may not copy, print, save or otherwise use data from the Services’s database. This section does not limit the use of the database as intended by the Services, and for the purposes of private and personal use of the Services.

      When using the Services you may not engage in scraping, data mining, harvesting, screen scraping, data aggregating, and indexing of our data, or the data of our subscribers. 

      You hereby agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Services’s database for any purpose without the express prior written permission of Proptech Services Ltd.

      The Services may not be used in any way that is not expressly permitted by these Terms.

      Further restrictions to use

      There are certain types of conduct that are strictly prohibited whilst using the Services. 

      Please read the following restrictions carefully. 

      Your failure to comply with the provisions set forth below may result (at Proptech Services Ltd.’s sole discretion) in the termination of your access to the Services and may also expose you to ceetain civil and / or criminal liability.

      You may not, whether yourself or through any other means or person:

      (i) copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Content (as defined below) included in the Services, or in any way or publicly display, perform, or distribute them;

      (ii) make any use of the Services or the Content on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose, or replicate or copy the Content without the Proptech Services Ltd.’s prior written consent;

      (iii) create a browser or border environment around the Content or Services (e.g. no frames or inline linking);

      (iv) interfere with or violate any third party or other user’s right to privacy or other rights, including copyrights and any other intellectual property rights of others, or harvest or collect personal information about visitors or users of the Services without their express consent, including using any robot, spider, site search or retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, or data-mine;

      (v) defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including others’ copyrights, and other intellectual property rights;

      (vi) transmit or otherwise make available in connection with the Services any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, time bomb, web bug, spyware, or any other computer code, file, or program that may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment, or any other actually or potentially harmful, disruptive, or invasive code or component;

      (vii) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, or the servers or networks that host the Services or make the Services available, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such servers or networks;

      (viii) sell, license, or exploit for any commercial purposes any use of or access to the Content and / or the Services;

      (ix) frame or mirror any part of the Services without the Proptech Services Ltd.’s prior express written authorization;

      (x) create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content from the Services;

      (xi) forward any data generated from the Services without the prior written consent of the Proptech Services Ltd., apart from that property & routing data permitted for forwarding within the app and its’ features;

      (xii) use profanity and / or inappropriate language while using the Services, and specifically when authoring communications with real estate professionals using the Services;

      (xii) transfer, assign or provide your Services account, even temporarily, to a third party; 

      (xiii) use the Services for any illegal, immoral or unauthorised purpose;

      (xiv) use the Services or the Content for non-personal or commercial purposes without the Proptech Services Ltd.’s express prior written consent; or;

      (xv) infringe or violate any of these Terms.

      Termination of use of the Services

      You may terminate your use of the Services at any time and for whatever reason, and you are not obligated to advise Proptech Services Ltd. of such termination. 

      However, if you would like Proptech Services Ltd. to delete your the Property DriveBuy™ account and your personal information contained in the account, including chat histories, please use the “Delete Account” function in the in-app Settings. 

      Upon receiving such a request, Proptech Services Ltd. will use reasonable efforts to delete such information, however please note that information may not be deleted immediately from our back-up systems. For more information on periods to deletion, please read our Privacy Policy.

      If you’re a consumer based in the European Economic Area (EEA), you can also withdraw from these terms within 14 days of accepting them.

      Proptech Services Ltd. retains the right to block your access to the Services and discontinue your use of the Services, at any time, if any of the following instances occur:

      (i) you materially, or repeatedly breach these Terms;

      (ii) we’re required to do so to comply with a legal requirement, or court order;

      (iii) we reasonably believe that your conduct causes harm or liability to a user, third-party, or
      Proptech Services Ltd. – for example, by hacking, phishing, harassing, spamming, misleading others, or scraping content that doesn’t belong to you.

      User content

      The Services allows users to author and transmit information / content to real estate professionals (“Content”) via our dedicated Chat Module. 

      Content is separate from any third party sponsored advertisements that may appear on the Services. 

      Content may include, but is not necessarily limited to, viewing requests, details of property requirements, financial status, photos, viewing routes, and / or any other PI information (PII) about you. 

      The user assumes the sole responsibility for any Content they share and transmit to real estate professionals, and they (you) alone are liable for the consequences for the information they (you) provide. 

      ALWAYS DRIVE VIGILANTLY. BE MINDFUL OF THE ROAD CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THOSE TRAFFIC LAWS IN OPERATION IN YOUR REGION. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOLD A MOBILE DEVICE IN HAND, TO OPERATE A MOBILE DEVICE, OR TO GENERALLY, NON-VERBALLY INTERACT WITH THE SERVICES OR USE THE SERVICES IN A NON-VERBAL MANNER FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN NAVIGATING WHILST DRIVING

      Restrictions to content

      It is forbidden to transmit Content of a commercial nature (including advertising), unless such posts pertain to the Property DriveBuy™, the Services, or Proptech Services Ltd.’s products, and such Content strictly complies with these Terms.

      When you submit Content to real estate professionals using the Services, you must make sure it is lawful and / or ethical. For example, you may not submit Content that:

      (i) is diminishing or infringing proprietary rights of others, including but not limited to copyright and trademarks;

      (ii) poses a risk to a person’s safety, security or health; identifies other persons without obtaining such person’s express written consent to the disclosure of their personal information, or pertains to minors and identifies minors or their personal information, including their full name, age, address or contact information;

      (iii) is unlawful, defamatory, libellous or invades the privacy of others; is harassing, offensive, threatening or vulgar; is characterised by, or that encourages racism or unlawfully discriminates on the basis of race, origin, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, occupation, sexual orientation, illness, physical or mental disability, faith, political view or socio-economical class;

      (iv) encourages criminal behaviour or conduct that would constitute a criminal offence under any law, or could give rise to civil liability or other lawsuit;

      (v) promotes pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law or under these Terms;

      (vi) falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by Proptech Services Ltd.

      The foregoing examples of unlawful Content are made solely for illustrative purposes and do not constitute an exhaustive list of restricted Content.

      Proptech Services Ltd. may immediately suspend any user account if you or the Content you transmit are found to have violated these Terms, or if you have engaged in any act or omission that is harmful or may be harmful to the Services, its users, Proptech Services Ltd. or any of its agents or affiliates. 

      In such cases, Proptech Services Ltd. may also terminate your access to the Services indefinitely, to prevent you from posting additional Content in the future. The provisions of this section are made in addition to any rights afforded to Proptech Services Ltd. by any law.

      Examination of content

      Proptech Services Ltd. may examine Content following its publication in effort to prevent the future publication of inappropriate, or otherwise inadequate or erroneous Content. 

      Proptech Services Ltd. does not normally utilise its right to monitor user Content and communications and does so only in rare cases, and only following its’ receipt of formal complaint. 

      If you wish to give us feedback on communications, or alternatively raise a complaint regarding Content you have received, you are invited to contact us at: [email protected].

      Additionally, if you choose to give us feedback on your experiences, such as suggestions to improve our services, we may act on your feedback without obligation to you.

      Communications

      To provide you with updates to our Services and Terms, we will sometimes send you Service announcements and other information to users via our in-app Chat Module. To learn more about how we communicate with you, see Proptech Services Ltd.’s Privacy Policy.

      Copyright

      All intellectual property rights in and to the Services and its database, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, patents and trade secrets – are either the exclusive property of Proptech Services Ltd, and / or its affiliates or are exclusively licensed to the Property DriveBuy™. 

      The Services we provide are protected, among others, by the UK Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988, as well as by applicable copyright provisions prescribed by any other law, in England and Great Britain.

      “The Property DriveBuy™”, the Property DriveBuy™ logo, and other trade and / or service marks are the property of Proptech Services Ltd. and / or its affiliates and you may not use such logos or marks for any purpose that is not expressly authorised in these Terms without the prior written consent of Proptech Services Ltd.

      The license granted to you in these Terms does not extend to or include, a license to use the maps displayed on the Services or any mark, indicator, logo or notation embedded in the maps that are displayed on the Services. 

      You may not copy or print more than one copy of any data or material appearing on the Site or mobile App.

      Proptech Services Ltd. may protect the Services by any and all technological means necessary, intended to prevent unauthorised use of the Services. Users undertake not to circumvent these means, and / or other protective measures enacted by Proptech Services Ltd. in order to protect the Property DriveBuy™.  

      Without derogating from Proptech Services Ltd.’s rights under these Terms or under any applicable law, you are advised that any attempted or actual infringement of this provision will result in the termination of all your rights under these Terms. 

      If you circumvent any of the means taken by Proptech Services Ltd. to protect the Services from any unauthorised use, you must immediately cease any and all use of the Services, and you undertake to do so accordingly.

      Apple Devices

      If you use the Services on an Apple device, then you hereby agree and acknowledge that:

      (i) Apple, Inc. bears no duties or obligations to you under the Terms, including, but not limited to, any obligation to furnish you with Services maintenance and support;

      (ii) You will have no claims, and you waive any and all rights and causes of action against Apple with respect to the Services or the Terms, including, but not limited to claims related to maintenance and support, intellectual property infringement, liability, consumer protection, or regulatory or legal conformance;

      (iii) Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of the Terms.

      Upon your acceptance of the Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.

      Guarantee

      If you’re an EEA-based consumer, and you’ve agreed to our Terms, then EEA consumer laws provide you with a legal guarantee covering the Services that we provide you. Under this guarantee, we’re liable for any lack of conformity that you discover at any time during the “continuous” supply of the Services.

      Your national laws may, in some instances. provide an even longer guarantee. Your rights under these legal guarantees aren’t limited by any other commercial guarantees that we provide. Should you want to make a guarantee claim, please contact us at: [email protected]

      Limitation of Liability & Warranty

      Proptech Services Ltd. disclaims any warranties relating to the accuracy of the maps, accuracy of property listings, notifications regarding road conditions, driving directions, or any route navigation presented or displayed in or by the Services. 

      For instance, traffic may be congested in roads depicted within the Services as uncongested; existing roads may be missing from the maps; property professionals may submit faulty or inaccurate property data, routes to travel, or availability status. 

      All such errors and omissions are inherent to any data-fed service that operates on the information and / or ancillary services provided to them by third parties.

      You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws (including traffic laws) while using the Services.

      ANY AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED WITHIN THE SERVICES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO, INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS) IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE ROAD, SUCH AS INDICATORS GUIDING THE DIRECTION AND / OR FLOW-OF-TRAFFIC, TIME BASED RESTRICTIONS, LANE RESTRICTIONS, ROAD BLOCKADES, TRAFFIC SIGNS, TRAFFIC LIGHTS, POLICE INSTRUCTIONS, ETC.

      Proptech Services Ltd. exerts its best efforts to provide you with a high quality and satisfactory service. However, we do not warrant that the Services will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, or that it will always be available or free from all harmful components, or that it is safe, secured from unauthorised access to the Proptech Services Ltd.’s computers, immune from damages, free of malfunctions, bugs or failures, including, but not limited to hardware failures, software failures and software communication failures, originating either in the Property DriveBuy™ or any of its providers and / or subscribers.

      These Terms only limit our responsibilities as permitted by the applicable law. These Terms don’t limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence or willful misconduct. 

      In addition, these terms don’t limit your rights under product liability law.

      Other than the liabilities described above, Proptech Services Ltd. is liable only for its breaches of these Terms, subject to the applicable laws in operation.

      Links & Listed Commercial Information:

      The Services may include commercial information or advertisements (for example, pins indicating the locations of certain establishments, KPIs, commercial offers, etc. (“Ads”). 

      These Ads may pop-up or be displayed on the Services maps from time to time. 

      The Property DriveBuy™ may post Ads on the Services but more often than not, the source of such Ads is third-parties, and as such, Proptech Services Ltd. cannot and does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of third party Ads. Proptech Services Ltd. does furthermore, not endorse the content of third party Ads. 

      Additionally and without derogating from the previous sentence, Proptech Services Ltd. will not be held liable for any form of liability arising from your reliance on, or in connection with, the use of the content of Ads posted on the Services.

      The advertising of commercial content on the Property DriveBuy™ app does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement to procure the goods or services advertised.

      Insofar as the Services includes links to services or applications not operated or managed by the Property DriveBuy™, Proptech Services Ltd. will not be liable for any form of liability arising from your reliance on, or in connection with, the content of such services and applications or any information provided by them, including but not limited to its completeness, accuracy, correctness or it being up-to-date. 

      Proptech Services Ltd. will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, monetary or otherwise, arising from your use of or your reliance on the content of goods or services you have accessed via Ads or other links on the Services.

      YOU MUST NOT ATTEMPT TO VIEW OR CLICK ON ANY ADS WHILE OPERATING A VEHICLE. YOU ALONE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING RESPONSIBLY, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IN THE EVENT THAT YOU VIOLATE THE FOREGOING PROVISION, PROPTECH SERVICES LTD. (INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES AND STAFF) AND / OR THE THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE, AND LOSS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT AND LOSS OF DATA), COSTS, EXPENSES AND PAYMENTS, EITHER IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACTUAL, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM OF LIABILITY, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISPLAY OF THE ADS ON THE SERVICE OR YOUR VIEWING OF THE ADS ON THE SERVICE.

      Privacy

      Proptech Services Ltd.  respects your privacy during your use of the Services. Our Privacy Policy pertaining to the Services is readily accessible here.

      We will notify you in the event we make any material changes in our Privacy Policy, However, since the Privacy Policy is subject to periodic updates, it is recommended that you periodically and independently review the policy for updates.

      Modifications to the Services

      Proptech Services Ltd. constantly develops new technologies and features to improve our Services. 

      As part of the continual evolution of our Services and the the Property DriveBuy™ app, Proptech Services Ltd. may, either partially or in its entirety – modify, adapt or change the App, software, the Services’s features, the user interface and design, the extent and availability of the contents in the Services and any other aspect related to the Services. 

      These modifications may include adding or removing features and functionalities from our Services, and offering new services or discontinuing old ones. We may also change our Services for these other reasons:

      (i) to improve our Services;

      (ii) to adapt to new technologies within the market;

      (iii) to reflect an increase or decrease in the number of users who use a particular feature or Service;

      (iv) to reflect changes in the licenses and partnerships we have with third parties;

      (v) to address and legal, regulatory, safety, security or operability issues;

      (vi) to detect and prevent abuse of our Services or harm to our Services or to our users.

      In particular, we sometimes make legally-required updates, which are modifications that keep our Services in conformity with the local laws in operation within the United Kingdom. 

      We make these updates to our Services for safety or security reasons, and to ensure they meet the quality standards that you expect, such as those described in our guarantee. 

      We may automatically install updates that address significant safety or security risks. For other updates, you can choose whether you wish to have them installed.

      If we make material changes that negatively impact your use of our services or if we stop offering a service, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice except in urgent situations such as preventing abuse or harm, responding to legal requirements, or addressing security and operability issues.

      If you’re an EEA-based consumer, please note that if we make changes that negatively impact your ability to access or use our Services, or if we stop offering the Services altogether, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice by email, if available, including a description of the changes, when they’ll take place, and your right to end your contract with us if our modifications create more than a minor negative impact.

      We maintain a rigorous product research program, so before we change or stop offering a service, we carefully consider your interests as a user, your reasonable expectations, and the potential impact on you and others. 

      We will only change or stop offering services for valid reasons. We’ll also give you an opportunity to export your personal information from your Property DriveBuy™ account using our dedicated Property DriveBuy™ export tool, except in urgent situations such as preventing abuse or harm, responding to legal requirements, or addressing security and operability issues.

      Right to Withdrawal

      If you’re an EEA-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

      The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

      To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). 

      You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website: www.thepropertydrivebuy.co.uk

      If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

      To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

      Please note that you may delete your Property DriveBuy™ account at any time, as well as your personal information contained in the account via the “Delete Account” function in the in app Settings pane

      Modifications to these Terms

      Proptech Services Ltd. may modify these Terms from time to time, (1) to reflect changes in our Services or how we do business – for example, when we add new services, features or technologies, (2) for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, or (3) to prevent abuse or harm. 

      If material changes are introduced, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to review the changes, except where, (1) when we launch a new service or feature, or (2) in urgent situations, such as preventing ongoing abuse or responding to legal requirements. 

      If you don’t agree to the updated Terms or to any term within them, you should discontinue all further use of the Services.

      You can also end your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account (i.e. by using the “Delete Account” function in the in App Settings panel.

      Governing law

      If you’re a resident of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, these Terms and your relationship with the Proptech Services Ltd. under these Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, and you can file legal disputes at your local courts.

      Assignment of rights

      You may not assign or transfer your rights in and to the Services, without the prior written consent of Proptech Services Ltd. Proptech Services Ltd. may assign its rights in and to the Services to a third party at its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the third party undertakes Proptech Services Ltd.’s obligations to you under these Terms.

      Complete terms

      These Terms, together with the Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy shall all constitute the entire and complete agreement between you and Proptech Services Ltd. concerning the the Property DriveBuy™ Services. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and the synopsis of terms presented to the user during the app installation, these Terms shall prevail.

      No legal relationship

      These Terms and your use of the Services, including the submission of Content onto the Services, do not, and shall not be construed as creating any relationship, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency, or franchisor-franchisee relationship in any way and of any kind between the parties hereto. 

      Your use of the Services is intended for your enjoyment and benefit and the provision of the Services to you (subject to your compliance with these Terms) constitutes the sole and sufficient consideration that you are entitled to receive.
