Proptech Services Ltd. and its affiliates (the “Company”) offer property sourcing, mapping, GPS navigation, and custom route planning to subscribers of www.propertydrivebuy.co.uk (the “Website”) and to users of Proptech Services Ltd.’s mobile application (the “Property DriveBuy”) (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
When you use the Services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand the importance attached to this responsibility, and utilise our best efforts to protect your information and put you in control of your data.
This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete your information. This Privacy Policy covers the following titles:

To use our Services you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not download or use the Services.
In this Privacy Policy, the term “personal information” means information which you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and, in certain instances, your location and route information or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by your use of the Property DriveBuy app.

User Accounts & Subscriber Accounts
User Accounts:
Please note that you are not required to set up an Account, or register your personal details in order to use the Services, when we refer to your use of the Property DriveBuy mobile application.
However, should you wish to access and use certain Services offered by the Property DriveBuy mobile application, namely, the in-app chat facility, you will be prompted to register for and set-up a User Account (the “Account”).
When you set up an Account, Proptech Services Ltd. will collect and use your information, including meta-data (as described below), in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Irrespective of whether or not you choose to actively register for a User Account, Proptech Services Ltd. will allow you to use the Services.
Should you wish to use the Services without registering for a User Account your you may do so by skipping the registration process.
If you do so:
Proptech Services Ltd. may still link your information (such as device ID) with a non-registered User Account, and a unique identifier generated by Proptech Services Ltd., in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This helps us do things like find you the best route to a property.
Proptech Services Ltd. may allow you to connect your non-registered account with other devices and browsers (for example by using the share facility) and, if you choose to do so, information collected from these devices and browsers will be linked to your non-registered account.
With the exception described in the bullet below, and as explained later in this Policy, your Account and the information associated with your Account (including your internal unique identifier) will be visible only to Proptech Services Ltd.;

When using the Services, your approximate location and other information you may choose to contribute will be visible to other users associated with the general username “Proptech Services Ltd.”.
Please note, that in order to access certain features of the Services (for example in-app chat, and route planning) you will need to register for a User Account (as above)
If you do choose to register for a User Account:
Proptech Services Ltd. will link all of your information with your registered User Account. This includes information received from your mobile device;
With the exceptions detailed below in this Policy, your User Account and information associated with your Account (including your internal unique identifier) will be visible only to Proptech Services Ltd.; and
When using the Services, your approximate and / or exact location (depending upon the preferences you set) and other information you may choose to contribute will be visible only to Proptech Services Ltd.
Your User Account is your responsibility. You are fully accountable for any use or misuse of your User Account and / or personal details, particularly as a result of conveying said personal details to someone else.

Subscriber Accounts [for Agents & Real Estate Professionals]:
Please note that when you use our Services, in terms of your use of, and subscription to, the Property DriveBuy dedicated agent web module (the “Subscriber Module), Proptech Services Ltd. will set up an account (the “Subscriber Account”) on your behalf, and utilising the details you provide us during the registration process (as collected here).
Proptech Services Ltd. will collect and use your information and / or that information regarding your agency, including meta-data (as described below), and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You will not be able to use the Services associated with the Subscriber Module [browser only], unless your register for a Subscriber Account.
Subscriber accounts are available exclusively to Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Property Developers and / or other qualifying Real Estate Professionals.
When you register for a Subscriber Account:
Proptech Services Ltd. will link all of your information (including Agency details) with your registered Subscriber Account. This includes information received from all devices and browsers which you have chosen to sign-in from;
With the exceptions detailed below in this Policy, your User Account and information associated with your Account (including your internal unique identifier) will be visible only to Proptech Services Ltd.; and
When using the Services, your approximate and / or exact location (depending upon the preferences you set) and other information you may choose to contribute will be visible only to Proptech Services Ltd.
Proptech Services Ltd. may also establish and require from time to time additional or different means of identification and authentication for logging in and accessing the Subscriber Module, or for accessing certain features or designated sections of the Services;
Your Subscriber Account is your responsibility. You are fully accountable for any use or misuse of your Subscriber Account and / or associated details including, but not necessarily limited to, property data.
Furthermore, your Subscriber Account login details are your responsibility. You are fully accountable for any use or misuse of your Subscriber Account as a result of any conveying your login details to someone else, including members of your Agency. You must maintain your login details in absolute confidentiality and avoid disclosing them to others. When you set a password, please make sure that you change your password frequently and at least once every six months.

Information that we collect
We want you to understand the types of information we collect during the course of your use of the Services;
Proptech Services Ltd. collects information to provide better services to all its users – from determining the best route to travel in order to reach a property (by foot or by car), to more complex issues like understanding your buyer requirements in order to send you more intelligent and relevant property suggestions.
The information Proptech Services Ltd. collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you choose to use our services, what information you choose to provide us, and how you choose to manage your privacy controls.
Information you create or provide to us:
Basic account Information: information required when setting up a User Account, such as your name or email address please bear in mind that false, incorrect, or out-dated information may impair Proptech Services Ltd.’s ability to provide you with the Services and for Agents to contact you when necessary.
Proptech Services Ltd. will explicitly indicate the fields for mandatory completion when setting up a User Account. If you do not enter the requisite data in these fields, you may not be able to register your User Account or to be provided with certain features (but you may still use our Services as explained in the above section); and/or
Information you choose to share with Proptech Services Ltd. [optional information]:
Relates to any and all information that is non-mandatory for collection during the User Account registration process, and that you choose to share with Proptech Services Ltd., including but not necessarily limited to, feedback on the properties you have visited, favourited properties, and / or specific property preferences.
Even if you aren’t registered to a Property DriveBuy User Account, you might choose to provide us with information.
Communication which you choose to conduct through the Services:
Should you choose to use the Property DriveBuy App to communicate with Subscribers to the Services, such as via direct chat messages or by calling a Subscriber directly and through the respective CTA, we may also choose to collect information when you exchange such communications.
This also applies to, for example, instances where you choose to submit a request, contact Proptech Services Ltd.’s support team, or report a violation to the abuse team.
You may also provide additional information that will be used to personalise the Services and enhance your experience with the Services. For example, if you provide us with your “home” and “work” information when saving DriveBuy routes, we may provide you with what we think is your preferred properties between those locations.
Information we collect as you use our Services:
We collect information about your activity in the Services, which we use to provide you with the Services of Proptech Services Ltd., including features which are meant to personalise or enhance your User experience.
This includes things like finding you the preferred travel route and proposing favourite properties, or POI’s commonly explored in areas you frequently search along. The activity information we collect may include:
Detailed location, travel and route information. Location and route information is collected for example in the form of GPS signals (combined with a time-stamp), IP address and other information from sensors and receivers on or around your device,on which the Application is installed and activated.
This location and route information is saved to a route history of all of the journeys you have made while using the Application. The types of location data we collect depends in part on your device and account settings.
For example, depending on your selected device settings and/or your account settings we may collect information about your location and travel (or lack thereof) also while you are not using the app;
Terms, locations or agencies you searched;
Your views and interactions with content and personalised ad suggestions;
Communication or other content you chose to share with any third party, including Proptech Services Ltd. users through the Services;
Your activity on third-party sites and apps that you chose to link to your Proptech Services Ltd. account or that you interact with through the Service (i.e via sharing).
Meta-data (information about your device, browser and app use):
Proptech Services Ltd. collects information about the use of the Services and information from the device you have Proptech Services Ltd. installed on or the browser from which you use our Services. For example:
Proptech Services Ltd. may collect and record how often you use our Services and for how long, your device type, unique identifiers, operating system type & version, battery usage, the third party web pages or applications you visit or use or interact with via the Application, information that you viewed on our Services, advertisements that are shown to you or that you view or click on, the fact that you used the Services to communicate with our Subscribers and the fact that you used third parties application / services via Proptech Services Ltd. to communicate with third parties, and the duration of such communications, the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of the domain that serves you to access the Services, and the geographic location of the device that you are using to log in and use Proptech Services Ltd. on.
We also collect information about the interaction of your devices with our Services, including, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request.
Information we collect about you from our partners:
We work with certain partners on our platform and entities that provide us with aggregated, non-personally identifiable information and analysis from third parties measurement services / tools which help us understand how our users interact with our property ads (including paid promotions).
We may also receive information from third party services about how Proptech Services Ltd.’s own marketing efforts performed on third party sites or platforms.
We use various technologies to collect and store information, including, cookies, Advertising ID available on Android mobile devices or similar technologies, local storage, browser web storage, application data caches, databases, and server logs.
Why we collect data at Proptech Services Ltd.
Proptech Services Ltd. may use information collected from or provided by you for the following purposes:
Provide our services:
We use your information to deliver our services, for example:
We use your location and route information and / or search query history to provide property targeting services, navigation services, best route choices, agent route suggestions, property suggestions, and to provide information about POIs relative to properties such as restaurants, schools, shops, gymnasiums, and other places and attractions within the vicinity.
To provide advertising services, including personalised ads, in accordance with the section titled ‘Advertising campaigns’ under this Privacy Policy.
To share your submissions and / or enquiries with other users of the Services (Subscribers) and to facilitate communication between you, Proptech Services Ltd. and said other users.
Maintain & improve our services:
We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues you report to us. And we use your information to improve the service or to develop new features or services.
For example, Proptech Services Ltd. may use your route information to improve the accuracy of its mapping and navigation data, and to assess the performance of any third-party systems.
Provide personalised services, including property and route suggestions:
We may use the information we collect to operate the Services and to customise your experience with the Services.
For example, Proptech Services Ltd. may use your property “favourites” information (if you choose to provide such information) to provide you with similar property listing suggestions, or may use your route history to identify properties to you which come onto market that fall within your search catchment area.
Based on your past travel & search activity on the Services, we may also suggest to you custom routes based on how you’ve chosen to travel between properties in the past.
Furthermore, we may also use the information to provide you with support and handle requests, suggestions and complaints.
Depending on your settings, we may also show you promotional property ads based on your interests and past activity. For more information see section titled “Advertising Campaigns” under this Privacy Policy.
Measure performance:
We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used.
For example, we analyse data about your usage of the Services to do things like optimise product design.
We also use the data we collected about the ads you view or interact with (e.g. click on) to help property professionals understand the performance of their promotional property as campaigns and to provide them with aggregated reports.
We may also use data to measure the usability and effectiveness of Proptech Services Ltd.’s own marketing efforts on third party sites or platforms.
Communicate with you:
We also use your information to send you updates, notices, announcements, subscribers’ route requests and additional information related to the Services (including through push notifications, email address and SMS);
We may also use your information to conduct (optional) surveys and questionnaires; and
If you contact Proptech Services Ltd. we may keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.
Subject to your prior indication of consent (to the extent required under applicable law), we may also use the email address that you provided to send you promotional and/or marketing materials.
At any time you may choose not to receive such materials by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email messages that we may send to you.
In any case, Proptech Services Ltd. will not share your contact details with any advertiser, unless explicitly permitted via direct authorisation request or required by law.
To protect Proptech Services Ltd., our users, the public and for Legal reasons:

To enforce the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
To contact you when Proptech Services Ltd. believes it to be necessary, such as notifications regarding updates to our Terms & Policies;
To comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies under any applicable law, when Proptech Services Ltd. has a good faith belief that Proptech Services Ltd.’s cooperation with the law enforcement agencies is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards and procedures;
To detect abuse and illegal activity; to detect and prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of the Services;
To handle breakdowns and malfunctions;
To take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and the Services,or between you and other users and / or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Services (including Subscribers);
For purposes provided under this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use;
To help improve the safety and reliability of our Services. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to security risks, and technical issues that could harm Proptech Services Ltd., our users, or the public;
To create aggregated and/or anonymous data (where such data does not enable the identification of a specific user).

The above withstanding, we’ll always ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose that isn’t covered in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing your information
Personal information that you share:
The Services are based on a collection of Subscribers sharing property and location information with Proptech Services Ltd. and with members of the buyer / renter / investor community who utilise the Services (the “Users”).
Users of the Services [in terms of users of the Property DriveBuy mobile application] may choose to share personal information such as their name, age, gender, profile picture, their location information, property preferences, financial status, and other information and / or files with Subscribers of the Services.
A User’s information may be shared either automatically via the Services and to the Subscribers (such as, in the case of a direct, in-ad chat request with an Agent, which will automatically share the details & characteristics of the property the User is interested in), or at the discretion of the User (such as, in the case of a general chat request with an Agent, in which a User may choose the level & category of information they provide to the Subscriber).
Information may also be shared via third party services (such as social networks) which interact with the Services upon a Users’ choice.
You can decide whether or not to make available property information on the Services. However any real estate or corporate content that you choose to share and submit for listing is neither private nor confidential and you should expect that it may be made public and known to others in the course of providing the Services to our Users [Subscriber Account holders only].
Any and all property information you choose to upload will be listed on the Services along with your Agency name and other information including, but not necessarily limited to, direct contact information for your agency, and the names of the agency negotiators registered to your Subscriber Account.
Therefore, you are advised to exercise caution and common sense when submitting information for listing purposes. At the very least you should demonstrate the same degree of caution as when publishing potentially sensitive information by means other than the Internet and cellular services.
Also, we encourage Subscribers to ensure that their listing information is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, in order to give app Users the best experience possible, but to also adequately safeguard the rights and interests of property owners.
Should we receive feedback from Users that listing information published by our Subscribers is inaccurate, out-dated or in any way misleading, we shall remove the infringing property from visibility on the Services effective immediately and until such time as the holding Subscriber has received a copy of the User notice, and had adequate time to review the property details in question.
Furthermore, our Subscribers have the ability via the Subscriber module to shield the visibility of any property data that they do not wish to have displayed on the App. For more information on this please see our website: http://propertydrivebuy.co.uk/
In all cases, we at Proptech Services Ltd., take great measures to provide Subscribers and Users with the best experience you can have while using the Services.
However, Proptech Services Ltd. has no control over the conduct of any User and disclaims all liability in this regard. Subscribers are advised to carefully and thoroughly consider whether or not to make public or available any information and carefully examine all necessary details related to any communication with app Users prior to any engagement or requests for communication being answered.
Proptech Services Ltd. is not a party to any agreement entered into between the User & Subscriber in any circumstance.
Both Users and Subscribers have the sole and ultimate responsibility regarding compliance with all laws, regulations or any other duty imparted on them (including adherence to our Terms of Use).
We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your participation in any activity or event initiated, held or conducted by a user / subscriber or a third party nor in connection to any agreement between the users / subscribers or third parties, including any activity or event related in any way, directly or indirectly, the Services or the use thereof.
When Proptech Services Ltd. shares your information:
Proptech Services Ltd. does not provide, sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties.
Proptech Services Ltd. will not share your personal information with others, without your permission, except for the following purposes and to the extent necessary in Proptech Services Ltd.’s good-faith discretion:
As necessary for the facilitation and operation of the Services. For example, sharing property information to Subscribers you request to directly contact.
If Proptech Services Ltd. reasonably believes that you have breached the Terms of Use or is investigating potential breach of the Terms of Use, or believes that you abused your rights to use the Services, or performed any act or omission that Proptech Services Ltd. reasonably believes to be violating any applicable law, rules, or regulations. Proptech Services Ltd. may share your information in these cases, with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities and with any third party as may be required to handle any result of your wrongdoing;
If Proptech Services Ltd. is required, or reasonably believes that it is required by law to share or disclose your information;
In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Proptech Services Ltd., or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with the Services (for instance, Subscribers);
In any case where Proptech Services Ltd. reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Proptech Services Ltd., our users, or the public as required or permitted by law, including to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property;
To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues;
If Proptech Services Ltd. organises the operation of the Services within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity, or if Proptech Services Ltd. is acquired by, or merged into or with another entity, or if Proptech Services Ltd. enters bankruptcy, provided however, that those entities agree to be bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy, with respective changes taken into consideration;
To collect, store, hold and manage your personal information through cloud based or hosting services or a third party or a party affiliated or connected to Proptech Services Ltd., as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in the European Union and the U.S.A., potentially countries outside of your jurisdiction;
Proptech Services Ltd. may also share personal information with companies or organisations connected or affiliated with Proptech Services Ltd., such as subsidiaries, sister-companies and parent companies (i.e. entities that belong to the Google group of companies);
We work with other Google’s services (such as Google Maps and Video 360) for property targeting, and mapping services;
In order to help advertisers decide what ads to show on Proptech Services Ltd., Google, and websites & apps that partner with Google, we may share information with these services, such as a unique identifier for advertising (i.e, Advertising ID available on Android mobile devices or similar technologies).

We also work with selected advertising and measurement services which help us understand how our users interact with our technologies (i.e HotJar analytics), property ads served in our platform and in order to provide marketing, advertising and measurement services for Proptech Services Ltd. with respect to Proptech Services Ltd.’s own marketing efforts, by using and sharing devices’ identifiers (i.e, Advertising ID, cookies or similar technologies).
Personal information may also be shared with Proptech Services Ltd.’s trusted partners and service providers to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. For example, we use service providers to help us with customer services.
Sharing data on social networks / messenger platforms
You may choose to share information between your User Account and your social media network account(s) [Twitter / Instagram / Facebook], or through your third party messenger services [Whatsapp / Viber / Telegram].
Through this option, you may choose to have personal information and other content about you available from social networks [account identifying information], transmitted and exchanged with the Services in order to facilitate the posting / sharing process.
Similarly, you may choose to have personal information and other content about you available from Proptech Services Ltd., including your property preferences and personalised route information, transmitted to and shared through your social network account and / or through your third party messenger service.
The social network’s and / or third party messenger service’s use of information made available by Proptech Services Ltd. is governed by that social network’s / third party messenger service’s respective privacy policy and is controlled by the social network, not by this Privacy Policy or by Proptech Services Ltd.
Proptech Services Ltd. does not ask you to integrate your Property DriveBuy User Account with your social networks for the purposes of sharing property or listings data.
Controlling your personal information
You can always review and update certain information, including personal details, by visiting your in-app Settings (such as your phone, name, email, profile photo and more).
You can tab into the “Journal” icon of the mobile application to view your route history, and list of routes shared with you by Subscribers. Note, however, that in order to access this type of route information you will need to register for a User Account. Your location and route history is associated with your User Account.
If you find that the information associated with your User Account is not accurate, complete or updated, then you should make all necessary changes to correct it.
Please keep in mind that false, incorrect, or outdated information may prevent you from setting up an User Account and impair the ability to provide you with Services, including hindering Subscribers from processing and contacting you with regards to your property enquiries.
Privacy controls:
Your in-app Settings will provide you with quick access to privacy controls and tools that let you safeguard your data and decide how your information can make Proptech Services Ltd. Services work better for you.
For example, you can control your visibility on the map and manage your preferences about the ads shown to you / push notifications you receive from Proptech Services Ltd.
There are other ways to control the information Proptech Services Ltd. collects whether or not you’re registered for a User Account, including device-level settings: your device may have controls that determine what information we collect. For example, you can modify location preferences on your device.
Deleting your information:
If you would like us to delete your User Account, please use the “Delete Account” function available under the in-app Settings.
On receiving such a request, Proptech Services Ltd. will use reasonable efforts to delete such information, however please note that information may not be deleted immediately from our back-up systems. In all instances, we aim to initiate the deletion process immediately after your request.
Once we receive your request, your data will no longer be used to personalise your Proptech Services Ltd. experience, and your in-app communications with Subscribers will be anonymised.
We then begin a process designed to safely and completely delete the data from our storage systems.
This process generally takes around 2 months from the time of deletion.
As with any deletion process, things like routine maintenance, unexpected outages, bugs, or failures in our protocols may cause delays in the processes and time frames defined in this policy. We maintain systems designed to detect and remediate such issues.
How Proptech Services Ltd. retains the data we collect
You can delete the majority of your data whenever you like; some data is deleted automatically, and some data we retain for longer periods of time whereby necessary.
This section describes in what instances and why we may retain different types of data for differing periods of time.
Information retained until you remove it – such as your User Account information, profile name, email address, telephone number, and other account related information (including profile image). We’ll keep this data stored against your Proptech Services Ltd. User Account until you choose to remove it and / or update it.
Data that expires after a specific period of time – in some cases, you don’t need to actively delete your information as we set retention timeframes / qualifiers based on the reason for the data’s collection.
For example, if you choose to favourite a property, and that property is removed from market / removed from the app directly by the Subscriber, then this property data is automatically deleted from your account effective immediately on our receipt of notice for removal.
Information retained until your Proptech Services Ltd. Account is deleted – we may keep some data for the life of your Proptech Services Ltd. Account if it’s useful for helping us understand how users interact with our features, and how we can improve our Services.
For example, if you made an “Error Report” through the in-app settings, we will keep information about how many error reports you have submitted, even after the events are appropriately resolved.
When you delete your Proptech Services Ltd. Account, the information about how many error reports you have submitted is removed, but your individual report files will be retained for a period of 3-5 years, with your personally identifying information anonymised.
Information retained for extended time periods for limited purposes – sometimes business and legal requirements oblige us to retain certain information, for specific purposes, for an extended period of time.
For example, if you made a complaint against a Subscriber, we will keep information about the nature and content of the complaint, even after the events are appropriately resolved and / or your account has been deleted.
Reasons we might retain some data for extended periods of time include:
> Security, fraud & abuse prevention
> Financial record keeping
> Complying with legal or regulatory requirements
> Ensuring the continuity of our Services
> Direct communications with Proptech Services Ltd.
How does Proptech Services Ltd. use aggregated information?
Proptech Services Ltd. may use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information (including anonymous location information), in a form that does not enable the identification of a specific user, to properly operate the Services, to improve the quality of the Services, to enhance your experience, to create new services and features, including customised services, to change or cancel existing content or service, and for further internal, commercial and statistical purposes (including advertising).

Advertising Campaigns
Proptech Services Ltd. allows Subscribers to occasionally run targeted property property advertising campaigns on the Services.
The information and advertisements that you see when accessing the Services may be targeted on the basis of your current (anonymised) Proptech Services Ltd. activity, such as your current location, your in-view properties, or contextual information as based on your current DriveBuy session.
For example: if you’re a User searching down a specific road, or within a certain regional zone.
Depending on your settings, you may also see ads relevant to you based on:
Past DriveBuy activity and search query history (for example, drives that appear in your DriveBuy route list)
Past search locations and / or inputs (for example, via General Search)
You can decide whether we’ll show you personalised property ads or not through your in-app Settings.
Note: turning personalised property ads off does not turn off ad visibility – only their personalisation.
Please note:
We don’t share information that personally identifies you with Subscribers, such as your name or email, unless you ask us to. For example, if you see an ad for a nearby property and select the “tap to call” CTA, we’ll connect your call and share your phone number with the holding Agency.
The ads personalised control described above apply to personalised ads served by Proptech Services Ltd. on the Property DriveBuy platform, only.
We do not display ads served from third parties platforms, including on Proptech Services Ltd.’s behalf.
When you visit a third party website from the Application, such third party may use cookies on your computer. The third party’s use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not to this Privacy Policy. If you wish to study the privacy policies of those third parties you should visit their services, or contact them directly.
The Services includes an internal messaging system which provides you the ability to send and receive messages to and from Subscribers, and to receive marketing / product update messages from us. You hereby agree that we may use the internal messaging system for the purpose of informing you regarding products or services, which may interest you.
Please note however that other Proptech Services Ltd. users are not allowed to use your contact details or our internal messaging account for commercial advertising purposes.
It is clarified that we are not responsible for the content of the property advertisements and the products delivered or services rendered thereby by our Subscribers, and you irrevocably and unconditionally agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you may suffer or incur as a result or in connection thereof.

Proptech Services Ltd. considers information security to be a top priority.
Proptech Services Ltd. services are built with strong security features that continuously seeks to protect your information.
Proptech Services Ltd. implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimise the risk of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorised access or use of information.
For example, we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorised access to our systems. In addition, we restrict access to personal information to Proptech Services Ltd. employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it.
Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

When you use such tools and means to access your data, we’ll validate your request by verifying that you’re the authorised holder / manager of your User / Subscriber Account.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Proptech Services Ltd. may from time to time change and / or update the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Any and all substantial changes will take effect 30 days after Proptech Services Ltd. has posted a:

Notification on our Website’s homepage, explaining the changes to the Privacy Policy alongside a comparison of the “old” and “new” versions of the Privacy Policy.
